Comprehensive psychological evaluations and psychotherapy at no cost to eligible post-permanency families across Texas, through the Heart Galleries of Texas Phase III Post-Adoption Grant.
Our commitment
Amlea is honored to be a Heart Galleries of Texas Phase III Post-Adoption Grant recipient, supporting comprehensive psychological evaluations and psychotherapy for 50 post-permanency families across Texas. To extend the impact of this award even further, Amlea has pledged to fully cover services for an additional 6 families, bringing our total commitment to 56 families.
Adoption and permanency are beginnings, and the years after can bring real questions about attention, learning, development, attachment, mood, and behavior. This program exists so eligible families can get clear answers and real support without cost standing in the way.
What is included
Families in the program receive Amlea's standard services, not a reduced version.

Structured, weekly therapy with a clear plan and a progress benchmark, for the child and the family as clinically appropriate. How therapy works at Amlea.

Eligibility and how to start
The program serves eligible permanency and adoption families across Texas. Eligibility is confirmed through the Heart Galleries of Texas program and Amlea's CareTeam. If you are unsure whether your family qualifies, reach out anyway: the CareTeam will walk you through it and tell you what documentation, if any, is needed.
Families can be seen in person at our Round Rock office or by secure telehealth across Texas. See our service area.
