Families formed through adoption or permanency who need a comprehensive psychological evaluation for a child or teen
Post-permanency families seeking structured psychotherapy
Families who need clear documentation to support school, medical or post-adoption services
Families outside the Round Rock area who can be served through secure telehealth where clinically appropriate

One call is a complete referral. Tell us who the person is, what you are hoping to learn or change, and how you want the loop closed. No phone tree, no voicemail limbo.

Patient-initiated

Send them to the secure portal

Give the patient or family this page or the link below. They request an appointment in our secure scheduling system and name you as the referring professional. We take it from there and keep you informed with their authorization.

Secure appointment request

Protecting patient information. Please do not send patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, records or other health information by ordinary email or through this website. Call us, or have the patient or family request an appointment through our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal and name you as the referring professional. The CareTeam will tell you the secure way to send records if they are needed.

You refer

One call, or the patient requests an appointment securely and names you. Tell us what the person needs and what question you want answered.

Warm hand-off

Our Patient Experience CareTeam reaches out personally and gets them scheduled. They are met by name, not by a queue.

Care at Amlea

Evaluation, therapy or both, matched to what the assessment actually shows, in Round Rock or by secure telehealth.

Loop closed

With the patient's authorization, findings and follow-through come back to you instead of disappearing into the system.

How Amlea closes the loop with you

The family remains the client, and their authorization governs what is shared. With it, your program receives confirmation that care began and the documentation the family chooses to share.
